1. Delivery time

  • Order preparation time: usually 1–5 business days,

  • Delivery time: usually 7–14 business days, depending on the country of origin and logistics operator,

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g., holidays, logistics delays, customs inspection), delivery may take up to 21 business days.

 

 

 

 

2. Delivery costs

The cost of worldwide delivery is 11.99 EUR for orders under $49.

For orders over $49, shipping is completely free.

We do not currently offer cash on delivery.

 

 

 

 

3. Customs duties and taxes

All prices in the store include applicable taxes, including VAT.
The customer does not incur any additional fees upon receipt of the order - any customs clearance costs or other fees are included in the product price and covered by us or our partners.

5. No delivery/delays

Orders in our store are fulfilled using a dropshipping model - this means that products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or logistics partner.
