§1 General terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute the terms of the distance sales contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer.

The store operates in the dropshipping model, which means that the products offered in the store are shipped directly to the Customer from an external supplier’s warehouse located outside the European Union, including warehouses located in the People’s Republic of China or Hong Kong.

By placing an order in the store, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
§2 Placing orders
- Orders can be placed 24/7 via the store's website.
- The contract of sale is concluded when the Customer receives confirmation of the order via email.

The Customer undertakes to provide correct and complete contact details necessary for the proper execution of the order.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in justified cases, including in the event of incorrect product pricing or lack of availability from the supplier.
§3 Prices and payments

All prices listed on the website are gross prices (including VAT where applicable).

Available payment methods: Shopify Payments (Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.)

The seller reserves the right to change prices before the customer places an order.
- The Customer is charged the price visible in the store at the moment of placing the order.
§4 Delivery and order fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled using the dropshipping model.

This means that the ordered product are shipped directly from the supplier’s warehouse located outside the European Union, including warehouses located in Asia (China, Hong Kong).

Estimated order fulfillment time is usually 7 to 21 business days, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

The store offers free worldwide delivery above a specified order value threshold.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by:

courier companies,

customs authorities,
-
force majeure,

events beyond the Seller’s control.
§5 Import of goods and customs duties
- Due to the international nature of shipments, ordered products are shipped directly from suppliers located outside the European Union.
- In accordance with customs regulations, the Customer may be considered the importer of the goods when the shipment is delivered from outside the European Union directly to the Customer.
- This means that the Customer may be responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or other charges resulting from customs clearance, if such obligations arise under applicable law.
- The Seller is not responsible for obligations arising from customs regulations applicable in the Customer’s country.
- In many cases, suppliers may settle VAT under the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) system or other tax settlement mechanisms, which means that additional payments from the Customer may not be required.
- Any customs procedures and obligations resulting from applicable customs regulations remain outside the Seller’s control.
§6 Seller’s role in order fulfillment
- The Seller operates as an intermediary in the process of offering products and organizing the execution of orders through external suppliers.
- The Seller does not manufacture the products offered in the store and does not physically store them.
- The Seller organizes the ordering process and payment handling and arranges the shipment of goods directly from the supplier to the Customer.
- Information about the supplier and product origin may be available in the product description.
§7 Right to withdraw from the contract

A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving the product.

After receiving your notification, the store will provide detailed instructions on how to return the goods.

The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods to the seller.

If the order was covered by free delivery, you are not entitled to a refund of shipping costs, as the customer did not incur them.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days after the warehouse receives the returned product.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer.
§8 Complaints

In case of a product defect, the customer may file a complaint based on the warranty for non-compliance of the goods with the contract. Complaints should be sent to: info@rivvloo.com

The complaint should include: order number, description of the defect, photo of the product, and customer expectations (e.g., replacement, repair, refund).

The store will consider the complaint within 14 calendar days of receiving it. If you don't hear back within that time, it means your complaint has been accepted.

If the complaint is accepted, the goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, according to the customer's choice.
§9 Personal data and GDPR

Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders in accordance with Privacy Policy available on the store’s website..

The customer has the right to access their data, correct it, and request its removal.

The data is not disclosed to third parties, except for entities involved in the execution of the order (e.g., payment operator, logistics operators, external suppliers fulfilling the order).
§10 Final terms
- In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the applicable provisions of law shall apply.
- The Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of their publication on the store’s website.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Changes do not affect orders placed before the amendment enters into force.
